Whereas cocoa bean seeds have a dark bitter taste, the white Cacao Fruit Crystals provide a delicious naturally sweet flavor. Unlike cocoa bean seeds, Cacao Fruit Crystals have no fat (0%) content and retain exceptional antioxidant and anti-inflammatory values, in addition to other vitamins and minerals, including abundant levels of potassium.
